Subject	Excessive rev at startup?

Message	Not high idle, just a blip right at startup, <1 second. Instead of the usual startup blip to maybe 1600 before immediately dropping to 1200 (or whatever, cold idle) and then settling to normal as it warms, this is a spike to over 2000. It started a few weeks back and I thought maybe it was just how cold it was (in the teens), but it did it yesterday morning at 45 degrees. It only lasts a split second but on an ice cold engine it makes me cringe. I haven't made any changes under the hood or elsewhere. I cleaned all the connectors summer before last and gave them a good coat of dielectric grease, and my idle is fine. Anyone had this issue?
